As a Security Professional - Transportation Patrol in Denver, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in the transportation sector, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all individuals on site. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while your strong communication and customer service skills support positive interactions with travelers and staff. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in every situation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and observing for unusual behavior or situations.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or concerns according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a County Unarmed Security Professional License in Colorado is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
