Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: DOE

What's the Job?

• Coordinate multi-site cross-functional teams to implement products at primary, secondary, or dual-source locations.

• Review and manage tooling between sites.

• Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex products and assemblies.

• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.

• Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics).

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering is preferred.

• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
